RASSI is a human resources training center established for providing the much required soft skills and capacity building trainings for CBOs, Bank Officials and officials of Government Departments. Training Programmes are based on our scheduled courses under

• SHG oriented programmes (SHG / MFI / Micro Enterprise Development).

Our faculty members are well qualified with vast experience in the concerned field. This academy is headed by a retired DGM of NABARD who was also a senior faculty member of Banker's Institute of Rural Development (BIRD), Lucknow.
