It was an interesting valedictory function, after the 12 days skill development training program conducted by Nippon Paint (India) Pvt Ltd., at our training centre, RVTC, Singanallur Coimbatore in the presence of Shri.Vishnu Devan, Chief Manager, Union Bank of India, Regional office, Coimbatore.

Being an employment assured program, the following representatives of different concerns were invited by NIPPON PAINT to interact with the trainees!

• Leading interior designers
• Builders and civil contractors

It was quite surprise to know, through the above participants, the prevailing huge demand for lady painters in the civil construction sector!

Finally, on the same day, all the trainees were called for an interview and assured to provide them suitable employment within a week!
